Artificial Intelligence,
AI in its acronym, is a set of computerized machines intended and shaped to
execute activities normally done by human beings requiring human intelligence.
At the same time, this intelligence incorporates learning, reasoning, prediction,
and decision-making, among others. In the modern-day marketing landscape, AI
lies at the heart of business in analyzing volumes of data, understanding
consumer behavior, personalization of communication, and automation of
marketing activities. Traditional marketing has evolved into data-driven
marketing, customer-centric marketing, and predictive marketing with the
presence of AI.
